haha. I was online late today. because I went out to eat and blahblah. not that important bah.
more important was the concert last night, and I had lots of fun!! =D
I went to NUS with my mom and my two brotherly neighbours, Lionel and Sky.
at first we were lost so we were walking around the whole campus looking for the universal cultural club. finally we found it and WTF IT WAS HUGE!!! it looked like a hotel and an airport combined!!!
anyway we got our tickets and realized that we were almost late. D: so we hurriedly got inside.
then we took our seats then one guy was asking us, "are you in the right seat?"..... we sat at the wrong row. xD so we had to move 2 rows back.
at first it looked like a disadvantage.... then these 4 people (they look like foreigners) with tags came and sit beside us. being the kaypoh kids, me and the boys leaned forward to see what was written on the tags....
one was "Hideki Sakamoto" and the other "Hitoshi Sakimoto" and we were like ZOMGWTFBBQ the music composers are sitting beside us!!!!!!!!!!
okay so anyway blahblah the concert was DANG AWESOME! they played famous music from famous productions such as anime Romeo x Juliet, Chrono Cross, Final Fantasy series, blahblahblah.
if any FF fans are reading this, I know you know the ALL-TIME FAMOUS MUSIC COMPOSER NOBUO UEMATSU.
so anyway the (cute) host said they were gonna play a song composed by Nobuo-sama then dunno why, but I said (unexpectedly loudly) "Oh yeah!" then other people also started saying the same thing and they started cheering. LOL I almost embarrassed myself.
then later they were getting ready to play Eyes On Me and the host said its from FFIX (9). then almost everyone, including me, shouted "VIII (8)!!!!"
then the host laughed and said "Of course, I was just testing you." =.= LOL
oh yeah the host asked who was a gamer and I, out of the 4 of us, raised my hand and I was one of the first to raise up.... but then I got disappointed that only about half the audience in the auditorium raised their hands..
then my mom said "Maybe got more gamers but they dont bother to raise up." then I think she's right because everyone know which music belongs to which. xD
anyway, after the concert I quickly ran up to get Hitoshi-sama's autograph (long queue like hell) while the boys waited at one corner with my mom.
then this Animax TV crew randomly came up to me (you guys should've seen me; everyone said I looked so blur when they talked to me!) and I kept saying "Uh...?" lol
so they asked me how I got the tickets, how I got to know about the show, which is my favorite music piece, et cetera. then they tell me to say "You're watching IN THE QUBE!" twice 'cause the first time I say, not loud enough.
I could hear the boys and my mom laughing. xD
IN THE QUBE is a tv show in Animax which talks about events, games and anime. gosh its embarrassing 'cause I have friends in Woodlands who have Animax and they watch that show a lot so if they say then PAISEH LAH LOL
after that, I walked up to Hideki-sama and asked him for the autograph. I spoke to him in japanese and luckily he understood me. the conversation:
Me: How are you liking Singapore (so far)?
H: Oh, I like it here! The people are (so) nice [<< LOL, nice?]. But I never knew that the chicken rice here is so delicious!!
Me: *(laughs [<< I'm laughing like hell hahaha]) Singapore is very well known for that..
Some random guy: (laughs) What the... You said that (randomly)!! [<< speaking in Japanese also]
H: (laughs as well) I don't mind relocating here (in Singapore). I like (this place) very much.* LOL while Hideki-sama was signing, some random guy was standing beside me also waiting for Hideki-sama to sign. Now this guy is also Singaporean, I saw on the booklet. AWESOME!! SO MANY PEOPLE IN SINGAPORE LOVES JAPANESE!!!!!!
oh yeah when me, Hideki-sama and that random guy was laughing, the people around us, or typical Singaporeans who dont understand japanese, were looking at us and very blur blur. LOL they probably thought we were retards. xDDDDD
I feel so honored that I could talk to Hideki-sama in japanese. ^-^
